Integrated Corridor Management
Long Description for “The ICM Lifecycle Follows the Systems Engineering Lifecycle Process

Diagram depicts the seven phases of implementation, as follows:  (phase 1) get started, (phase 2) establish goals, (phase 3) plan for success, (phase 4) specify and design, (phase 5) build and test, (phase 6) operate and maintain, and (phase 7) system retirement/replacement. Beginning with phase 3 and running through phase 6, implementers conduct analysis modeling and simulation of ICM strategies and scenarios of interest. At phase 6, operate and maintain, implementers determine whether the results are meeting the goals established in phase 2, and adjustments are made if necessary (following steps three through 6) if selected strategies need to be refined. The process is iterative in that it is repeated after phase 7, retire/replace.
