<title><![CDATA[Early Results for 3 Pioneer Sites Expected in 2010]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[USDOT is conducting analysis, modeling and simulation (AMS) of proposed ICMS for 3 of its 8 ICM Pioneer Sites this fall. The sites are: Dallas, Texas, San Diego, California, and Minneapolis, Minnesota. The sites are completing their model validation and calibration and are starting to conduct alternatives analysis. Early results are expected in mid-2010.]]></description>
