Description: In this scenario, the georeferencing
mechanism of the D-RIDE application and devices allows the D-RIDE
data center to process the location of travelers (in vehicle
and in a high-occupancy lane) in order to process HOV/HOT Lane violation
citations and appropriate tolling charges.
