investment models, and institutional issues related to IntelliDrive
- Combining policy options with basic concepts of operation to illustrate
a set of feasible and detailed deployment scenarios for IntelliDrive
- The development of policy recommendations that will be presented for
discussion

- Drivers and Challenges:
- Interaction between technical constraints and policy constraints
- Need for understanding trade-offs between technical and policy issues
(e.g. trade-off between privacy & technical complexity)

- Policy issues cut across multiple technical research tracks, requiring
coordination in stakeholder engagement and timelines
