Abstract The goals of the Mobility Services for All Americans (MSAA) initiative are to increase mobility and accessibility for the transportation disadvantaged as well as the general public and to achieve more efficient use of Federal transportation funding resources. In support of MSAA, this report summarizes the Phase Two (Foundation Research) effort, including providing summaries and user assessments of many past and ongoing human services transportation, coordination, and technology initiatives. | |||
