Solicitation Objective
•Obtain RSE devices capable of being installed on
roadside installations that will receive a BSM and transmit SPaT,
GID and local and situational data using DSRC 5.9 GHz
•Deliver three (3) units with self-certified test results
IAW the acceptance criteria
•Develop a manual that includes basic installation and
operating instructions
•Submit Test Report
•Devices that pass the USDOT random-sample acceptance
testing will be placed on the QPL
