•Rear-end is a prominent crash type among fatal transit vehicle crashes:
•When involved in rear-end crashes, buses were rear-ended by others about 75% of the time, meaning buses rear-ending other vehicles 25% of the time (about 3:1 ratio).
•When bus were rear-ended by others, in most cases (over 50%) buses were not moving (such as traffic light or bus stop).

•Angle Crashes (including left-turn head-on crashes):
•About 60% of the time buses were going straight, 20% of the time when buses were making turning movement.
