ASCT Deployment
1992-2009 could largely be categorized of as experimental/demonstration
projects.Of the 38 total projects
occurring during the period 20 or 52% were deactivated.The objective of experimental/demonstration
are related to building knowledge through research and evaluation.To successfully mainstream ASCT in the
United States it is critical that institutions shift their mindset from
experimentation/demonstration to implementation of operational strategies to
achieve specific operational objectives and agency goals.
