Project Management Plan - Dallas Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) Demonstration Project

Useful to Transportation professionals interested to learn more about how to structure and manage an ICM project.
Abstract The purpose of this Plan is to assist the Dallas ICM Team by defining a procedural framework for management and control of the US-75 ICM Demonstration Project, and development and deployment of the ICM System. The Plan serves as a reference for information regarding project structure and procedures throughout the project life cycle. As such it is a living document and will be updated at least twice in each year of the project.
How to Use Transportation professionals in the field seeking to implement ICM can use this document as a guide to develop their own Project Management Plan for ICM.
