Abstract This presentation provides an overview of ICM and the USDOT ICM Research Initiative. It also introduces ICM analysis, modeling, and simulation (AMS), including ICM data types and performance measures, methodology, and results from the ICM AMS results from Dallas, Minneapolis, an San Diego.
How to Use This document can be used as a high level introduction to ICM and the USDOT ICM Initiative as well as the ICM AMS methdology and results from three pioneer sites.
